The Paxfest Committee is a small group of appointed Parish Councillors and volunteers who organise the annual Paxfest and Fun Dog Show for the village.

Planning Paxfest starts in early September for the following year's event. New ideas and themes are considered along with types of musical entertainment.

There is a village rota of groups who provide the refreshments (tea, cakes, buns etc) in the village hall.

The Committee plan a budget for event which is agreed and funded by Little Paxton Parish Council. The budget mainly includes entertainment & marketing costs- flyers, banners, publicity etc. The entertainment is booked by the Paxfest Committee.

Booking fee for non village commercial stalls £25, village commercial £10, village groups/organisations free.

A key part of the Paxfest Committee is communicating and working with village groups & organisations to make the event successful.

Village groups & organisations are contacted in February for their stall requirements. For many village groups, Paxfest is one of their biggest fund raisers for the year. The Paxfest Committees' aim is to ensure the event is widely advertised and attended.
